# IMMUNE Messenger vs EXTRA SAFE

The clearest difference is rating: IMMUNE Messenger at 5.0 against EXTRA SAFE's 4.4. EXTRA SAFE's advantage is ratings volume (102 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

IMMUNE Messenger holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EXTRA SAFE has 102 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

IMMUNE Messenger ships an update every 6 weeks, EXTRA SAFE fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
