# Hillcrestweb App vs Rude Karma

The clearest difference is rating: Rude Karma at 4.9 against Hillcrestweb App's 4.2. Rude Karma also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 29 months) and ratings volume (52 vs 5). Hillcrestweb App's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ads (none vs shown). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rude Karma sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Hillcrestweb App asks for nothing beyond the download.

Rude Karma holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rude Karma has 52 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Hillcrestweb App's written reviews are positive against 83% of Rude Karma's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hillcrestweb App ships an update every 29 months, Rude Karma every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
