# Eventime vs Days Counter

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Days Counter at 100% against Eventime's 46%. Days Counter also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). Eventime's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 3.7) and ratings volume (267 vs 6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Eventime sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Days Counter sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Eventime holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Eventime has 267 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Eventime's written reviews are positive against 100% of Days Counter's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Eventime ships an update every 5 weeks, Days Counter every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
