# Integral Extra vs Recipe Book

The clearest difference is update cadence: Recipe Book at every 6 weeks against Integral Extra's every 9 months. Integral Extra's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Integral Extra sells 23 one-off in-app purchases and Recipe Book sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Integral Extra ships an update every 9 months, Recipe Book every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
