# Flatmates vs HeyFlat

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: HeyFlat at 15.0 against Flatmates's 17.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flatmates sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and HeyFlat sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
