# Lemoon vs Medication Reminder

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Lemoon at 100% against Medication Reminder's 33%. Lemoon also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ads (none vs shown). Medication Reminder's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 3.8). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Medication Reminder sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Lemoon asks for nothing beyond the download.

Medication Reminder holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5 and 11 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Lemoon's written reviews are positive against 33% of Medication Reminder's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Lemoon ships an update monthly, Medication Reminder every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
