# TempPro BBQ vs Pro Cirrus

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Pro Cirrus at 100% against TempPro BBQ's 55%. Pro Cirrus also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). TempPro BBQ's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (26K vs 16). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TempPro BBQ holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TempPro BBQ has 26K ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of TempPro BBQ's written reviews are positive against 100% of Pro Cirrus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TempPro BBQ ships an update monthly, Pro Cirrus every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
