# BIOValid vs PREMIA+

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BIOValid ships an update every 3 months, PREMIA+ monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
