# PSE&G vs WhosWorking

The clearest difference is ratings volume: PSE&G at 11K against WhosWorking's 5. PSE&G also leads on iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.1). WhosWorking's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WhosWorking holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PSE&G has 11K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

PSE&G ships an update every 2 months, WhosWorking every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
