# Super VPN vs EAC Smart Duty

The clearest difference is rating: EAC Smart Duty at 5.0 against Super VPN's 4.5. EAC Smart Duty also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). Super VPN's advantage is ratings volume (19K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Super VPN sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. EAC Smart Duty asks for nothing beyond the download.

EAC Smart Duty holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Super VPN has 19K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Super VPN ships an update every 3 weeks, EAC Smart Duty every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
