# Jiggle 2 vs Calc

The clearest difference is update cadence: Calc at weekly against Jiggle 2's every 2 months. Calc also leads on review sentiment (78% vs 62%). Jiggle 2's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (462 vs 49). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Jiggle 2 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Calc sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Jiggle 2 holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jiggle 2 has 462 ratings behind it against 49, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of Jiggle 2's written reviews are positive against 78% of Calc's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Jiggle 2 ships an update every 2 months, Calc weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
