# HIIT | Down Dog vs Tribes

The clearest difference is monetization model: Tribes at free with in-app purchases against HIIT | Down Dog's subscription. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HIIT | Down Dog sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Tribes sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
