# OPPlayer vs Super Video Player

The clearest difference is rating: Super Video Player at 5.0 against OPPlayer's 3.7. OPPlayer's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OPPlayer sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.49 per month and Super Video Player sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Super Video Player holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OPPlayer has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

OPPlayer ships an update weekly, Super Video Player every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
