# UPHQ Watch vs Total Sessions

The clearest difference is update cadence: Total Sessions at every 2 days against UPHQ Watch's fortnightly. UPHQ Watch's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. UPHQ Watch sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Total Sessions sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
