# Bartholomew Public Library vs Comics Plus

The clearest difference is rating: Bartholomew Public Library at 3.6 against Comics Plus's 2.5. Comics Plus's advantage is review sentiment (20% vs 0%) and ratings volume (103 vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Bartholomew Public Library holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Comics Plus has 103 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Bartholomew Public Library's written reviews are positive against 20% of Comics Plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
