# LUXEFit vs Smiling panda

The clearest difference is update cadence: LUXEFit at every 2 months against Smiling panda's every 7 months. Smiling panda's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LUXEFit sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Smiling panda sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $69.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LUXEFit ships an update every 2 months, Smiling panda every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
