# KIVACH vs Простая Диета

The clearest difference is update cadence: Простая Диета at every 4 days against KIVACH's every 3 weeks. KIVACH's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KIVACH sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.49 per 6 months and Простая Диета sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

KIVACH ships an update every 3 weeks, Простая Диета every 4 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
