# Curvy Yoga Studio vs SlimYet

The clearest difference is monetization model: SlimYet at free with in-app purchases against Curvy Yoga Studio's subscription. SlimYet also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). Curvy Yoga Studio's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 1) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Curvy Yoga Studio sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month and SlimYet sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Curvy Yoga Studio against 5.0 for SlimYet. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Curvy Yoga Studio has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Curvy Yoga Studio ships an update every 6 weeks, SlimYet every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
