# Memory Cartoon vs Connect Master

The clearest difference is update cadence: Connect Master at monthly against Memory Cartoon's every 4 months. Connect Master also leads on ratings volume (3.5K vs 179). Memory Cartoon's advantage is monetization model (free with ads vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Memory Cartoon sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Connect Master sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Memory Cartoon against 4.7 for Connect Master. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Connect Master has 3.5K ratings behind it against 179, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 67% of Memory Cartoon's written reviews are positive against 61% of Connect Master's.

Memory Cartoon ships an update every 4 months, Connect Master monthly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
