# Book Tracker vs Book Queue

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Book Queue at none against Book Tracker's 6. Book Queue also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Book Tracker's advantage is ratings volume (6.2K vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Book Tracker sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Book Queue asks for nothing beyond the download.

Book Queue holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Book Tracker has 6.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Book Tracker ships an update weekly, Book Queue monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
