# Мой SPAR vs Русские корни

The clearest difference is monetization model: Мой SPAR at free against Русские корни's free with in-app purchases. Мой SPAR also leads on ratings volume (1.4K vs 25). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Русские корни holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Мой SPAR has 1.4K ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Мой SPAR's written reviews are positive against 53% of Русские корни's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Мой SPAR ships an update every 5 weeks, Русские корни every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
