# FitPro vs MIFIT app

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MIFIT app at 100% against FitPro's 9%. MIFIT app also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.1). FitPro's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 15 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MIFIT app holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FitPro has 36 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 9% of FitPro's written reviews are positive against 100% of MIFIT app's.

FitPro ships an update every 4 months, MIFIT app every 15 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
