# MEDIA+ vs EF Campus Connect

The clearest difference is review sentiment: EF Campus Connect at 88% against MEDIA+'s 43%. EF Campus Connect also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 21 months) and ratings volume (81 vs 8). MEDIA+'s advantage is rating (4.0 vs 3.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MEDIA+ holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EF Campus Connect has 81 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of MEDIA+'s written reviews are positive against 88% of EF Campus Connect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MEDIA+ ships an update every 21 months, EF Campus Connect every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
