The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ballistics Report at 78% against Walker's Link's 14%. Ballistics Report also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). Walker's Link's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 12) and rating (4.5 vs 4.2). Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Walker's Link's written reviews are positive against 78% of Ballistics Report's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
