The clearest difference is rating: MJ绘画 at 4.8 against 图怪兽设计's 4.5. MJ绘画 also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 图怪兽设计 sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and MJ绘画 sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MJ绘画 holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 44 and 39 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of 图怪兽设计's written reviews are positive against 67% of MJ绘画's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
