# Focus Noodles vs Locus

The clearest difference is price: Locus at Free against Focus Noodles's $3.99. Locus also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months). Focus Noodles's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.5). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Locus is free to download; Focus Noodles costs $3.99 up front. Focus Noodles sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Locus sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
