# Learning Flashcards vs Rescue Games

The clearest difference is ads: Learning Flashcards at none against Rescue Games's shown. Learning Flashcards also leads on ratings volume (13 vs 2) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.0). Rescue Games's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and rating (4.5 vs 4.2). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Learning Flashcards sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Rescue Games sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rescue Games holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Learning Flashcards has 13 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Learning Flashcards ships an update every 2 months, Rescue Games weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 15, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
