# Smart Training CRO vs Exercast

The clearest difference is update cadence: Smart Training CRO at every 2 weeks against Exercast's every 10 months. Exercast's advantage is iOS requirement (12.1 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Smart Training CRO sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $13.49 per month and Exercast sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $28.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Smart Training CRO ships an update every 2 weeks, Exercast every 10 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
