# Set Light vs ProVisionaire Portal

The clearest difference is update cadence: Set Light at every 2 months against ProVisionaire Portal's every 8 months. ProVisionaire Portal's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Set Light ships an update every 2 months, ProVisionaire Portal every 8 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
