The clearest difference is price: SMART at Free against FMO's $0.99. SMART also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). FMO's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 months). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

SMART is free to download; FMO costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SMART ships an update every 5 months, FMO every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
