# FlexibleGrouping vs Live

The clearest difference is ads: FlexibleGrouping at none against Live's shown. FlexibleGrouping also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). Live's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FlexibleGrouping ships an update fortnightly, Live every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
