# DOTCH! vs IQ React

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: DOTCH! at none against IQ React's 5. DOTCH! also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 18.5). IQ React's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IQ React sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. DOTCH! asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for DOTCH! against 5.0 for IQ React. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IQ React has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

DOTCH! ships an update every 2 weeks, IQ React weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
