# Gryphon Connect vs MyGabb

The clearest difference is rating: MyGabb at 4.5 against Gryphon Connect's 2.9. MyGabb also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ratings volume (8.2K vs 557). Gryphon Connect's advantage is review sentiment (34% vs 11%) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gryphon Connect sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. MyGabb asks for nothing beyond the download.

MyGabb holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyGabb has 8.2K ratings behind it against 557, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Gryphon Connect's written reviews are positive against 11% of MyGabb's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Gryphon Connect ships an update every 5 days, MyGabb fortnightly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
