Press start on your Apple Watch and train. Atlon recognises your exercises, counts your reps and rounds, and times your work and rest, so you never type a thing between sets. Atlon is built for functional fitness: WODs, HIIT, metcons, strength days and everything in between. Your watch does the logging. Atlon turns it into a training history you can watch grow. More than 28 million reps and 170,000 workouts have been tracked with Atlon so far. SIX WAYS TO TRAIN ON YOUR WATCH • Just train: no timer, no setup. Every exercise tracked. • Strength: just lift. Atlon logs every set at the weight you set. • AMRAP, RFT (rounds for time), EMOM and Intervals: set up in seconds with a slider, no crown needed. MADE FOR THE MIDDLE OF A WORKOUT • Big, clear numbers: your work or rest timer leads, with total time and heart rate beside it. • A live strip of your session shows every set: how long it lasted and how hard you worked. • Count a round with one tap, or with a double tap of your fingers on supported watches. Hit it twice? Undo. • Pause, resume and end from one page, with a confirmation so you never end a workout by accident. YOUR IPHONE AS A GYM TIMER Prop your iPhone up and it shows the workout running on your watch, big enough to read across the room, with countdown beeps everyone in the gym knows. Your watch stays in control, so there's no second timer to start in sync. STRENGTH THAT LOGS ITSELF Atlon detects each set as you lift and names the exercise. Correct it once and Atlon remembers next time. Set the weight while you load the bar, and see your last set at a glance. RESULTS AT A GLANCE After every workout, right on your wrist: your points, time, rounds, heart rate, effort and top exercises. Every past workout is in your watch's history too. POINTS THAT ADD UP Reps, minutes and kilos don't compare, so Atlon scores every workout in points. Home on your iPhone shows your points for the month, the year or all time, how you're pacing against last month, what's new since you last looked, your training days and your week streak. 37 EXERCISES, RECOGNISED ON YOUR WATCH Including air bike, bench press, bike erg, box jumps, box step-ups, burpees, carries, cleans, clean and jerks, deadlifts, devil presses, double-unders, front squats, GHD sit-ups, handstand push-ups, handstand walks, kettlebell swings, lunges, muscle-ups, overhead squats, planks, pull-ups, push-ups, ring rows, rowing, running, shoulder-to-overhead, single-unders, sit-ups, ski erg, snatches, squats, thrusters, toes-to-bar, wall balls and wall climbs. Recognition runs on your watch, in every workout mode, and gets better with every release. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Atlon uses your heart rate and calories during workouts and saves your workouts to Apple Health, so your Activity rings stay up to date. Atlon requires an Apple Watch.
