# Viv Cycle vs Motion Cycling

Viv Cycle and Motion Cycling both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Viv Cycle's written reviews are positive against 50% of Motion Cycling's. Viv Cycle also leads on ratings volume (230 vs 25). Motion Cycling's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Viv Cycle holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Viv Cycle has 230 ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two.
