# Pocket Rocket vs Reverse Voice

The clearest difference is rating: Pocket Rocket at 4.5 against Reverse Voice's 3.9. Pocket Rocket also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (521 vs 7). Reverse Voice's advantage is review sentiment (89% vs 52%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pocket Rocket sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Reverse Voice sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pocket Rocket holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pocket Rocket has 521 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of Pocket Rocket's written reviews are positive against 89% of Reverse Voice's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pocket Rocket ships an update every 2 months, Reverse Voice every 4 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
