# MOBI Smart vs Netvue Next

The clearest difference is rating: MOBI Smart at 4.6 against Netvue Next's 2.6. MOBI Smart also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 21) and ratings volume (3.4K vs 165). Netvue Next's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months) and review sentiment (52% vs 39%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Netvue Next sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $2.39 per month. MOBI Smart asks for nothing beyond the download.

MOBI Smart holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MOBI Smart has 3.4K ratings behind it against 165, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of MOBI Smart's written reviews are positive against 52% of Netvue Next's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MOBI Smart ships an update every 3 months, Netvue Next every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
