# Speedtest VIP vs Year View Planner

The clearest difference is update cadence: Year View Planner at every 2 weeks against Speedtest VIP's every 3 months. Speedtest VIP's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Speedtest VIP ships an update every 3 months, Year View Planner every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
