# Engross vs PrayPal+

The clearest difference is rating: Engross at 4.6 against PrayPal+'s 3.7. Engross also leads on ratings volume (46 vs 3). PrayPal+'s advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (75% vs 49%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Engross sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. PrayPal+ asks for nothing beyond the download.

Engross holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Engross has 46 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of Engross's written reviews are positive against 75% of PrayPal+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Engross ships an update every 4 weeks, PrayPal+ weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
