# GetOut vs EdVenture App

The clearest difference is review sentiment: EdVenture App at 100% against GetOut's 44%. GetOut's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 3) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GetOut holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GetOut has 1K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of GetOut's written reviews are positive against 100% of EdVenture App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GetOut ships an update monthly, EdVenture App every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
