# GetOut vs Eden Films

The clearest difference is monetization model: Eden Films at free against GetOut's paid. Eden Films also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). GetOut's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Eden Films holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GetOut has 1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

GetOut ships an update every 6 weeks, Eden Films monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
