# World's Key vs MedMasters The clearest difference is in-app purchases: World's Key at none against MedMasters's 21. World's Key also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (55% vs 26%). MedMasters's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 8 days) and rating (4.1 vs 3.8). On price, ratings volume, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them. Both are free to download. MedMasters sells 21 one-off in-app purchases. World's Key asks for nothing beyond the download. MedMasters holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.8.
