# SMART vs Cubitt Pro

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Cubitt Pro at 56% against SMART's 19%. Cubitt Pro also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 12) and ads (none vs shown). SMART's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (1.4K vs 154). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SMART sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Cubitt Pro asks for nothing beyond the download.

SMART holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SMART has 1.4K ratings behind it against 154, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 19% of SMART's written reviews are positive against 56% of Cubitt Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SMART ships an update monthly, Cubitt Pro every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
