# SMART vs RIRO SMART

The clearest difference is review sentiment: RIRO SMART at 100% against SMART's 19%. RIRO SMART also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 12) and ads (none vs shown). SMART's advantage is ratings volume (1.4K vs 1) and update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SMART sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. RIRO SMART asks for nothing beyond the download.

RIRO SMART holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SMART has 1.4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 19% of SMART's written reviews are positive against 100% of RIRO SMART's.

SMART ships an update monthly, RIRO SMART every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
