# Cookie Calculator vs AfterProof

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Cookie Calculator at 318 against AfterProof's 3. Cookie Calculator also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly). AfterProof's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 82%) and iOS requirement (15.0.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cookie Calculator sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and AfterProof sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AfterProof holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cookie Calculator has 318 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 82% of Cookie Calculator's written reviews are positive against 100% of AfterProof's.

Cookie Calculator ships an update every 5 days, AfterProof monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
