# HaloVPN vs Persian Calendar

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Persian Calendar at none against HaloVPN's 6. Persian Calendar also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). HaloVPN's advantage is ratings volume (16K vs 3). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HaloVPN sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Persian Calendar asks for nothing beyond the download.
