# Baseball Rules vs CallupTracker

The clearest difference is rating: CallupTracker at 5.0 against Baseball Rules's 4.4. CallupTracker also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Baseball Rules's advantage is ratings volume (50 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Baseball Rules sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and CallupTracker sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CallupTracker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Baseball Rules has 50 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Baseball Rules ships an update every 2 months, CallupTracker every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
