# Big Clock vs Digital Clock ۬

The clearest difference is rating: Digital Clock ۬ at 4.8 against Big Clock's 4.0. Digital Clock ۬ also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Big Clock's advantage is ratings volume (700 vs 28) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Big Clock sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Digital Clock ۬ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Digital Clock ۬ holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Big Clock has 700 ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Big Clock ships an update every 4 weeks, Digital Clock ۬ every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
