# DraftIt vs Sketch Pro

The clearest difference is ads: DraftIt at none against Sketch Pro's shown. DraftIt also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks). Sketch Pro's advantage is ratings volume (12K vs 15). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DraftIt sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Sketch Pro sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for DraftIt against 4.7 for Sketch Pro. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sketch Pro has 12K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 75% of DraftIt's written reviews are positive against 81% of Sketch Pro's.

DraftIt ships an update every 4 days, Sketch Pro every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
