# CRx vs Miscrits

The clearest difference is rating: Miscrits at 4.7 against CRx's 4.2. Miscrits also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CRx sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Miscrits sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Miscrits holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Miscrits has 272 ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 69% of CRx's written reviews are positive against 78% of Miscrits's.

CRx ships an update every 3 months, Miscrits fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
